Molly Bonarigo Justice Opioid Resource Coordinator/ARD Coordinator
The A.R.D Program is a first-time non-violent offender program that promotes community safety and rehabilitation of the offender. The ARD program is primarily used for first time DUI offenders.
The person who enters the ARD Program is subject to supervision by the Pike County Probation Office for a period of up to 12 months for a DUI offense and 24 months for other offenses.
DUI Offenders may receive a license suspension as follows:
B.A.C. .08-.099%-No License Suspension
B.A.C. .10-.159% 30-day license suspension
B.A.C. .160% and above and refusal 60-day license suspension
Minor-offender 90-day license suspension
Once the program is completed successfully the charges are dismissed and the offender’s record expunged from their criminal record.
