A waiver of arraignment may be returned to Pike County Court Administration no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arraignment, either by mail or in person delivery. No waivers will be accepted less than 48 hours before the Arraignment, absent express permission from the Court Administrator or the Deputy Court Administrator.

There is a drop box specifically designated for Waivers set up in the vestibule of the Court Administration Office, Suite # 4, located upstairs in the Courthouse.  For waivers that are mailed, please ensure you specifically address the envelope to Suite 4 to ensure it arrives at the Court Administration Office.
