Ray has served as the District Attorney of Pike County since 2008. During his time as District Attorney Ray has prosecuted all types of criminal cases ranging from murder, child abuse, drug delivery resulting in death, to robbery and many others. While managing an active case, load Ray developed Dickson House Children’s Advocacy Center.
Ray served as President of the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association from 2019-2020. Ray was appointed to the Victim Services Advisory Committee at the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime & Delinquency from 2011 until 2023, when his term expired.
Prior to being elected as district attorney Ray served as an assistant district attorney for eight years, four of which were as the first assistant district attorney. Prior to joining the district attorney’s office Ray served as a municipal police officer in Milford Borough and Westfall Township.
